👤We're Hiring: QA/QC Officer – for our Central Kitchen in Kuwait 🇰🇼

Join our team as a QA/QC Officer and help ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and compliance in our Central Kitchen operations.

🔻Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of food production, storage, and handling processes.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety regulations, and company policies.
• Perform quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and documentation.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct food safety and hygiene training for kitchen staff.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.

🔻Requirements:
- Indian (Male)
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in a food production facility, central kitchen, catering, or food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety standards, and quality management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
