We're Hiring: Senior Cost Controller | Kuwait / GCC

Are you a results-driven Cost Control professional with a passion for optimizing profitability and driving operational excellence in the Food & Beverage industry?
Seazen Group is looking for a Senior Cost Controller to lead and strengthen our cost control operations across Kuwait and GCC markets. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can combine analytical expertise with hands-on operational control to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee food & beverage cost control processes across multiple outlets
✔ Analyze daily, monthly, and periodic cost reports and identify cost-saving opportunities
✔ Monitor inventory management, stock accuracy, and variance analysis
✔ Lead menu costing and pricing initiatives in collaboration with F&B teams
✔ Ensure effective portion control and waste reduction measures
✔ Manage POS controls, inventory reconciliations, and operational audits
✔ Provide strategic insights on pricing strategies and profitability improvement initiatives
✔ Support management with detailed cost analysis and performance reporting

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 8 years of experience in Cost Control within Hospitality, Restaurants, Catering, or F&B Operations
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Hospitality Management, or a related field
✅ Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
✅ Proven experience in menu engineering, inventory management, and cost optimization initiatives
