We’re Hiring | IP Engineer – Managed Services (IP/MPLS)

We are seeking an experienced IP Engineer to support customer networks within Managed Services engagements, focusing on operating, maintaining, and optimizing live IP/MPLS networks.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Operate and maintain customer IP/MPLS networks in live production environments
2- Perform day-to-day network operations including configuration, monitoring, fault handling, and performance optimization
3- Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, L2/L3 VPNs, and EVPN
4- Act as L2/L3 support, handling incidents, service requests, and escalations
5- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare incident/problem reports
6- Execute network changes following change management procedures
7- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and customer operational requirements
8- Support network upgrades, expansions, and migrations with minimal service impact
9- Participate in on-call / shift rotations as per the Managed Services model

Mandatory Requirements:
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience as an IP / Network Engineer
- Experience in Managed Services or Service Provider environments
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, QoS, Traffic Engineering
- Arabic language is mandatory (spoken & written)
- Valid Residency in Kuwait
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
- Local hire is preferred.
