Sales Manager – Motorcycles
Position Overview
The Sales Manager leads the motorcycle sales team, drives revenue growth, and ensures customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies. This role requires deep knowledge of the motorcycle market, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, while motivating the team to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed dealership or company targets.
Manage and mentor the motorcycle sales team, providing training and performance evaluations.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a premium buying experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and events.
Oversee showroom operations, ensuring motorcycles are displayed and marketed effectively.
Negotiate deals with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Coordinate with aftersales/service departments to enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of motorcycle models, features, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
