We Are Hiring Senior Accountant - Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Kuwait Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting management with accurate financial reporting and analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate accounting records.
* Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
* Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
* Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
* Prepare statutory reports as required.
* Fix Asset Management
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Supervise and guide junior accounting staff where applicable.

REQUIREMENTS:
* BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING, FINANCE, OR A RELATED FIELD.
* MINIMUM 5-8 YEARS OF ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN RETAIL, TRADING, OR FMCG INDUSTRIES.
* STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES, FINANCIAL REPORTING, AND TAXATION.
* PROFICIENCY IN ERP SYSTEMS AND MICROSOFT EXCEL.
* STRONG ANALYTICAL, ORGANIZATIONAL, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH; ARABIC IS AN ADVANTAGE.
* SHOULD BE IN KUWAIT WITH A VALID TRANSFERABLE VISA
