WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Assistant General Manager - Property Management
* Lead programs, strategies, policies, and procedures across Facility Management, Project Development, and Fit-out Management.
* Ensure seamless operations of the Shopping Center and Business Tower in line with organizational goals.
* Provide technical guidance, optimize resources, enhance operational efficiency, and support tenders and project proposals.
* Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience within Real Estate or Maintenance, including 10 years in a managerial role.
* Leadership, people management, property management standards, communication, analytical reporting, decision-making, and time management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Workplace Health & Safety courses, and similar industry experience are preferred.
* Kuwaiti Nationals preferred
