About Us
Droob Alkhair for Delivery Consumers is a leading delivery company serving customers across Kuwait. As we expand our fleet and operations, we are looking for an experienced and driven Fleet Supervisor to lead our drivers, maintain our vehicles, and ensure every delivery reaches our customers on time.
What You'll Do
Supervise and coordinate the fleet team.
Monitor vehicle conditions, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage repairs.
Prepare and manage the fleet dashboard and present daily and monthly reports.
Resolve delivery issues and on-road incidents in real time.
Provide accident reports daily.
Prepare daily and monthly fleet usage reports for management.
Ensure all drivers comply with traffic regulations and safety standards.
Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to optimize delivery schedules.
Supply the vehicles needed in align with the operations plan and secure the coverage of emergencies.
Communicate with vehicle suppliers in the market to seek the best deals to meet fleet needs.
What We're Looking For
Required
2+ years of experience supervising drivers or managing a delivery fleet.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Valid Kuwait driving license.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
Experience in COD or last-mile delivery operations.
Familiarity with fleet management or GPS tracking software.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection.
