MECareer is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established ladies' salon in Kuwait for the position of Ladies Salon Supervisor.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional with strong leadership abilities to oversee daily salon operations, lead a team of beauty professionals, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Position Requirements
• Female candidates only
• Kuwait residents with transferable residency
• Previous experience in salon or beauty center management is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve operational goals

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the salon
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the salon team
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
• Resolve operational issues effectively and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: Up to KD 600 (based on experience and qualifications)
• 6 working days per week
• 9-hour shift schedule
• 30 days paid annual leave
