Position: Civil & Structural Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Supervisor with a strong background in oil & gas production facilities, refineries, or industrial construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising civil and structural construction, maintenance, and repair activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
General:
Minimum 6 years of experience in civil & structural supervision within oil & gas production facilities, refineries, or major industrial projects
Strong knowledge of PTW systems, confined space entry, excavation permits, working at height requirements, H2S / SO2 safety standards, and PPE compliance
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, structural drawings, specifications, and construction procedures
Strong understanding of construction quality control and HSE requirements
Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and client representatives
Civil Works:
Supervise excavation, concrete, foundation, paving, drainage, and rehabilitation activities
Ensure civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
Monitor construction progress and resolve site-related issues effectively
Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial buildings, foundations, and concrete structures

Structural Works:
Supervise fabrication, erection, modification, and maintenance of structural steel works
Experience in pipe racks, platforms, equipment supports, access structures, and industrial facilities
Knowledge of structural alignment, bolting, grouting, and erection procedures
Ability to coordinate lifting activities and ensure compliance with approved lifting plans
Inspection & Quality Control:
Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality standards
Coordinate inspections, material verification, and punch list closeout activities
Familiarity with international codes and standards related to civil and structural works
Experience in preparing daily progress reports and site documentation

Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company HSE policies and procedures
Conduct toolbox talks and promote safe work practices at site
Identify and mitigate construction-related risks and hazards

Education Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
Additional certifications in construction supervision, structural inspection, or HSE will be an advantage
