A leading hospitality property in Al-Khiran, Kuwait is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Location: Al-Khiran, Kuwait
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
Ensure exceptional cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.
Lead, coach, and develop the housekeeping team.
Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, and departmental expenses.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Preferred Profile
Male candidates
Age: 30–40 years
Nationalities: Nepalese, Indian, or Filipino
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: KD 400–500 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
