✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
✔ 6–8 years of relevant construction experience
✔ Experience in KNPC, Ministry, or other government projects preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of site execution, supervision, and project coordination
✔ Transferable residency preferred
✔ Must be available for immediate joining
