We're Hiring: Senior Sous Chef – Premium steakhouse brands
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while supporting kitchen leadership and operational excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste
• Support daily kitchen operations and service readiness
• Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members
• Manage food costs, inventory, and waste control initiatives
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
🔹 What We're Looking For
• 5–7 years of experience in premium or fine dining kitchens
• Minimum 2 years in a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef position
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Expertise in meat cuts, grilling techniques, and steak preparation
• Solid understanding of food cost management and kitchen financials
• Previous steakhouse experience is highly desirable
🔹 Preferred Experience
• International premium steakhouse brands
• Luxury hotel dining operations
• High-volume premium restaurant environments
• Structured kitchen operations with established SOPs
Candidates with a proven track record in premium steakhouses, strong culinary leadership, and a passion for operational excellence will be given preference.
