We're Hiring: Operations Manager | Kuwait

Requirements:
✔Proven experience in operations and logistics management
✔ Strong knowledge of GCC logistics and transportation networks
✔ Experience managing delivery operations, drivers, and distribution teams
✔ Background in local and international logistics operations
✔ Experience with warehouse management
✔ Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
✔ Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and oversee daily delivery operations and last-mile logistics
✔ Lead, supervise, and monitor driver performance and fleet efficiency
✔ Coordinate local and GCC logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
✔Develop and execute strategies for GCC operational expansion and growth
✔Manage relationships with local and international logistics partners and carriers
✔ Oversee warehouse, and distribution processes
✔ Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and cost management
✔ Ensure seamless coordination across supply chain, logistics, and operations team
