Job Title: Storekeeper – Aluminum Factory
Job Location: Kuwait
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records for aluminum profiles, glass, accessories, and consumables.
Organize and arrange materials in the store in a proper and safe manner.
Issue materials to production and site teams based on approved requests.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages in advance to ensure continuous workflow.
Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions (GRN, issue notes, stock reports).
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Projects departments regarding material requirements.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly/annual inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or loss of materials.
Follow company safety rules and maintain cleanliness and order in the store.
Support in tracking delivery schedules and receiving shipments from suppliers.
Assist in maintaining a cost-efficient inventory control system.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately to management.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and store management policies.
Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor is a plus).
3–5 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in aluminum or construction industry.
Good knowledge of inventory systems and basic computer skills (Excel).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage materials efficiently.
