Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Al Asimah, Kuwait, for a Senior Executive Human Resources role. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The Senior Executive will also work closely with leadership to foster an inclusive workplace culture, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support team development and retention initiatives.

Qualifications
Proficient in HR Management, HR Operations, and implementing HR strategies effectively
Strong expertise in Employee Relations and developing HR Policies to promote a positive workforce environment
Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and ability to ensure compliance with labor regulations
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to work closely with diverse teams and senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
