Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in IT Support and System Administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows OS, and Cloud Platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English

Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support for head office operations
• Manage and maintain system administration tasks
• Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist educational operations through technology support
