Position: HSE Specialist
Code: C-493

We are currently seeking for an experienced HSE Specialist to join our team in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Ensure compliance with KOC/KNPC HSE requirements and project safety standards.
2- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments for construction activities.
3- Monitor permit-to-work implementation and safe work practices.
4- Investigate incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
5- Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.

Requirements:
1- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
2- Minimum 7 years of HSE experience, including 5 years in Oil & Gas construction projects.
3- NEBOSH IGC certification mandatory; additional HSE certifications preferred.
4- Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, PTW systems, and risk management.
5- Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
