Role: Quality Control Officer / Supervisor - Kuwait based

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards
- Monitor and maintain quality control processes within a central kitchen environment
- Prepare and document incident reports with accuracy and clarity
- Maintain organized and up-to-date quality and compliance documentation
- Conduct routine checks to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to enforce quality standards

Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 systems
- Previous experience in a central kitchen or food production environment
- Ability to prepare detailed incident and compliance reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Email)
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Male candidates only
