We’re Hiring! Patient Care & Call Center Executive – Dermatology Clinic (Kuwait)

We are looking for a friendly and professional Patient Care & Call Center Executive to join our dermatology clinic team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will handle patient calls, assist with appointment scheduling, provide information about clinic services and dermatology products, and ensure an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule and manage appointments
Provide information about clinic services and dermatology treatments/products
Follow up with patients when required
Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions
Deliver high-quality customer service

Requirements:
Previous experience in call center or customer service preferred
Healthcare/clinic experience is an advantage
Good communication skills in English
Arabic native speaking skills is an added advantage
Professional and patient-focused attitude
Basic computer skills
