Al Seedawi Food Industries is looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
✅ Monitor market performance, customer coverage, and sales activities.
✅ Develop strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
✅ Ensure effective execution of sales plans and promotional activities.
✅ Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.
✅ Coach and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Supervisor role within the FMCG industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
✔ Valid Kuwait Driving License.
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
