📢 Hiring: Restaurant Manager | Kuwait
MECAREER is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a leading restaurant group in Kuwait.
🔹 Requirements:
• Arab nationals currently residing in Kuwait
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in reputed Fine Dining or Casual Dining restaurants
• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, inventory control, scheduling, and customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
🔹 Package & Benefits:
• Salary up to 700 KD (based on qualifications)
• Duty meal provided
• 30 days annual paid leave
• 9 working hours per day (including a 1-hour break)
• 6 days per week
