🚨 WE ARE HIRING – AREA MANAGER (BURGER RESTAURANTS) 🍔
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead and drive the success of multiple restaurant locations across Kuwait.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multi-site restaurant operations and achieve business targets
• Manage team performance, coaching, and employee development
• Oversee store standards and visual merchandising
• Support new store openings, closures, and business initiatives
• Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
✅ Requirements:
• Kuwait residents only
• Available for immediate joining
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing large stores or multiple sites in Fast Casual Dining, Burger Concepts, or Coffee Shop brands
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the Food & Beverage or Retail industry
💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Up to KD 1,500 (based on qualifications and experience)
• Annual Air Ticket Allowance
• Health Insurance
