We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our delivery operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and reconciling Cash on Delivery (COD) collections received from drivers and ensuring accurate daily cash management.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and verify COD cash collections from delivery drivers.
Count, reconcile, and record daily cash transactions accurately.
Prepare daily cash reports and deposit summaries.
Investigate and report cash discrepancies or shortages.
Maintain proper records and documentation of all transactions.
Coordinate with the Operations and Finance departments regarding cash settlements.
Ensure company cash handling procedures are strictly followed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cashier, Accountant, or Cash Handling Officer preferred.
Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
English language proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.
