We are looking for an experienced Cost Control Officer to join our growing Food & Beverage business and play a key role in driving profitability, operational efficiency, and inventory excellence. What You'll Be Doing
* Manage food and beverage costing, inventory control, and Cost of Sales (COS) reporting.
* Monitor inventory through stock counts, audits, and variance analysis.
* Perform menu engineering, recipe costing, and pricing reviews to maximize profitability.
* Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Culinary, Marketing, and Finance teams on cost control initiatives.
* Review POS transactions, including sales, discounts, voids, and settlements.
What We're Looking For
* More than 5 years of experience in F&B, Hospitality, Restaurant, or Catering operations.
* Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory management, menu engineering, and procurement processes.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/POS systems.
* Strong attention to detail.
