Armada Retail Concept is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing logistics operations, coordinating shipments, ensuring efficient supply chain processes, and maintaining compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound shipments across multiple countries and suppliers.
Review and verify shipping documentation including Commercial Invoices,
Packing Lists. Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, Certificates of
Conformity, and related documents.
Handle regulatory approvals and compliance requirements including PAI, MOH,
EPA, and other government authorities.
Coordinate with customs brokers and clearance agents for import and export
shipments.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and
logistics service providers.
Maintain accurate shipment tracking records and logistics databases.
Coordinate inbound shipment arrivals and receiving schedules with warehouse team.
Prepare and maintain logistics reports, shipment trackers, and operational dashboards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of import/export procedures and customs clearance processes.
Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government
authorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
