We are hiring for the position of Commercial Refrigeration Service Supervisor / Team Leader at Musaed Bader Al-Sayer & Sons Co. W.L.L in Kuwait. We seek a strong commercial refrigeration professional to join our after-sales service team.

Key qualifications include:
- Strong technical knowledge in commercial refrigeration
- Experience with supermarket refrigeration, cold rooms, display cabinets, freezers, chillers, and condensing units
- Ability to attend to and resolve emergency breakdowns
- Leadership skills to guide and manage a team of technicians
- Good customer-handling skills
- Basic reporting and communication skills
- Kuwait / GCC experience preferred
