We are a growing travel and tourism company with operations across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, seeking a results-driven Commercial Manager to lead our revenue strategy, client relationships, and business development efforts across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth across
leisure, corporate, and MICE segments
* Build and manage relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and corporate
accounts
* Lead pricing, contracting, and yield management across all product lines
* Oversee sales team performance, set targets, and ensure KPI achievement
* Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s B2B and B2C
footprint
* Collaborate with operations and marketing to align commercial goals with service delivery
* Prepare commercial reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management
* Ensure compliance with IATA/BSP regulations and airline commercial agreements

Requirements
* Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development
roles within travel, tourism, or hospitality
* Deep knowledge of the GCC travel market, airline partnerships, and hospitality
sector dynamics
* Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and managing key accounts
* Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus preferred) and travel technology platforms
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
* Kuwait residency with valid transferable iqama preferred.
