Position: Government Relations Officer / Mandoub

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Government Relations Officer / Mandoub to join our team.

Requirements:
-Must know English and Arabic
-Computer literate
-Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, residency regulations, and compliance procedures
-Experience in government relations with key entities, including:
Public Authority for Manpower
Ministry of Interior
Other government departments
-Experience in managing visas, work permits, residency transfers, and government approvals
-Ability to handle complex government cases such as absconding reports, legal issues, penalties, and related matters
-Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with government authorities
-Proficient in digital platforms such as Sahel App, online government systems, and Microsoft Office
-Leadership skills, team management, and the ability to improve work processes
-Reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure
