We are currently hiring a Receptionist for pools inside a hotel. We are looking for a professional, presentable, and customer-focused candidate to join our team.

Requirements:
• Female candidates only (local hiring)
• Nationality: Filipino
• Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Basic computer knowledge
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests professionally
• Handle reservation procedures
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain the reception area and daily records
