Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced PTW Coordinator to manage and coordinate the Permit to Work (PTW) system for Oil & Gas project activities. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of PTW procedures, site safety coordination, and ensuring all work activities are carried out in compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and manage daily Permit to Work (PTW) activities at site
-Review and verify work permits before approval and execution of activities
-Ensure all work activities comply with HSE policies, procedures, and site requirements
-Coordinate with construction, operations, maintenance, and HSE teams for permit approvals
-Monitor ongoing work activities and ensure permits are properly closed after completion
-Maintain records and documentation for all issued permits
-Conduct site inspections to ensure safe work practices are followed
-Identify potential hazards and ensure proper risk assessments are carried out
-Assist in toolbox talks and safety meetings related to work permits
-Ensure compliance with client PTW systems and project safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
-Minimum 5–8 years of experience in PTW coordination within the Oil & Gas industry
-Strong knowledge of Permit to Work systems and HSE procedures
-Experience working in refinery, drilling, or construction project environments
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple work permits simultaneously
Preferred:
-Previous experience working on KNPC/KOC/major Oil & Gas projects in Kuwait
-HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH will be an added advantage
-Familiarity with electronic PTW systems
