📋 Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT support and administration
• Relevant certifications in system administration, networking, Microsoft technologies, or technical support
• Strong experience in Windows OS installation and configuration
• Microsoft O365 administration and network troubleshooting
• IT asset management, backup & restoration, and IT security compliance knowledge
• Strong PowerShell scripting and SQL integration skills
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Valid Kuwait driving license or ability to obtain one
• Candidates must be currently in Kuwait with transferable visa
