WE ARE HIRING! Sous Chef (Pastry Division)
* Must have experience in bakery and pastry
* Must be 45 yrs. Old or below
* Expert in handling mass production and preparation
* Need to have supervising ability and experience in handle the production and do production planning
* Need to have knowledge and strong control on raw materials consumption
* Must be creative in terms of developing new items
* Must have experience in Quality control like HACCP and maintaining Food safety and hygiene standards
* Need to have work experience in maintaining all the production records such as food tasting formats, traceability records, from raw materials to finished goods preparation cycle records, food handling in different stages recorded and temperature log etc.
* Can work in flexible working hours, including (night shifts)
