Part-Time Project Accountant – Kuwait

Luxury Interior Design & Build Studio is looking for a Part-Time Project Accountant to support financial and operational tracking for project-based work.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Track project expenses and profitability
• Create and maintain project costing sheets
• Monitor procurement and purchasing records
• Track supplier payments and client payments
• Organize invoices, quotations, and purchase records
• Monitor variation orders (VOs) and additional work costs
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial summaries for projects
• Track advances, pending payments, and cashflow status
• Coordinate with management regarding project budgets and spending
• Maintain organized Excel / Google Sheets systems for all projects

Requirements:

• Experience in project-based businesses is preferred
• Background in Interior Design / Construction / Fit-Out is a plus
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to work part-time / flexible hours

Important:
This role is NOT limited to bookkeeping or data entry only.
