​We' re Hiring | Accounts Manager
​We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the finance team across our operations in Kuwait and GCC. Key Responsibilities:
​1- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations
​2- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes 3- Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS & IAS standards
​4- Review journal entries, financial statements, and account reconciliations
​5- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders
​6- Implement and monitor accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures
​7- Monitor fixed assets and cash management processes 8- Lead, train, and support the accounting team
​Requirements:
​1- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting/ finance 2- Previous experience in a managerial accounting role 3- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting operations
​4- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
​5- MS Dynamics experience is a must
​6- Experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus
​7- ACCA / CA / ICWAI / CMA or relevant finance qualification is a must
