🧩 Key Responsibilities:

* Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
* Manage plant-level accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
* Perform manufacturing cost analysis, variance analysis, and margin improvement initiatives
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and working capital optimization
* Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvement initiatives
* Partner with operations and management to improve financial performance
* Support audits, compliance, and IFRS reporting requirements

📌 Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
* 6–10 years of experience in accounting & finance
* Strong background in manufacturing / plant finance
* Excellent knowledge of IFRS, cost accounting, and financial analysis
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
* Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel & Power BI knowledge
* Transferable Kuwait residency required
