We're HIRING Contracts Engineer

Job Summary:
The candidate shall possess strong contractual, commercial, and administrative capabilities, with proven experience in handling government projects, contractual correspondence, claims support, subcontract administration, and coordination with the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administer main contracts and subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle
* Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, notices, and claims
* Draft professional contractual letters in both English and Arabic
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project requirements, and contractual timelines
* Support the project team in contract interpretation, variation management, and risk mitigation
* Monitor subcontractors' performance and maintain proper contractual records
* Assist in preparation and management of claims
* Coordinate with the project team, procurement, planning, and commercial departments
* Support the preparation of contractual reports and management summaries

Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Minimum 10-12 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects
* Previous Gulf experience, preferably in Kuwait
* Preferable experience in projects with the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) & Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW)
* Strong knowledge of contract administration practices
* Preferably holding professional certifications or training courses in Contracts & Claims Management
* Good knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and contractual practices in Kuwait
* Arab nationality is preferred
* Experience in infrastructure projects is preferred.
