This is a senior appointment for a commercially astute leader with a proven track record in the FMCG sector, capable of shaping strategy, leading high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable, measurable growth.

Requirements:
Extensive experience managing both Sales and Marketing divisions
Strong background within the FMCG sector
Solid understanding of supply chain dynamics and commercial operations
Proven experience in senior leadership roles with full commercial ownership
Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities
Kuwaiti nationality
