Position: Junior Associate
Location: Kuwait
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of legal experience.
* Strong background in corporate and commercial matters.
* Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements in English and Arabic.
* Good understanding of Kuwait laws and regulations.
* Experience in legal research, legal opinions and client advisory work.
* Ability to manage multiple matters and work under pressure.
* Strong communication and professional writing skills.
* LLB or equivalent law degree. Higher qualifications are an advantage.
* Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
