• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources
• Ability to communicate in Arabic & English
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor law and HR procedures
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
• Ability to handle payroll, attendance, and leave management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Candidates must currently be inside Kuwait
• Valid transferable residency
