Position: R&D Chemist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Chemist for proprietary chemical manufacturing. The ideal candidate will lead the development and optimization of high-performance oilfield chemical formulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop formulations for Performance Additives, System Stabilizers, Specialty Fluids, and Drilling Fluid Additives.
• Conduct reverse engineering and performance analysis of oilfield chemicals.
• Manage scale-up processes from laboratory testing to industrial production.
• Evaluate raw materials and suppliers to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and industry safety standards.

Requirements
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in R&D or Manufacturing within the Oilfield Chemical industry.
• Strong expertise in organic synthesis, chemical kinetics, and analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, FTIR, and NMR etc...
• A proven track record in developing successful chemical formulations.
