📍 Location: Kuwait

​We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong experience in manufacturing / plant finance to join our Finance team in Kuwait.

​Key Responsibilities:-
-​Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
-​Manage plant-level accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
-​Perform manufacturing cost analysis, variance analysis, and margin improvement initiatives
-​Support budgeting, forecasting, and working capital optimization
​Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvement initiatives
-​Partner with operations and management to improve financial performance
-​Support audits, compliance, and IFRS reporting requirements
​Requirements:-
-​Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
-​Minimum 6–10 years of experience in accounting and finance
-​Strong background in manufacturing or plant finance
-​Excellent knowledge of IFRS, cost accounting, and financial analysis
-​Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
-​Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
-​Transferable Kuwait residency required
