Position: Tender Officer

Location: Kuwait

Responsibilities:
-​Manage end-to-end tender lifecycle (MOH tenders)
-​Prepare and submit RFPs and tender documents
-​Coordinate with suppliers, sales, and internal teams
-​Track tender delivery timelines and performance
-​Handle procurement, supplier communication, and pricing
-​Ensure compliance with Kuwait regulations and tender requirements
Requirements:
-​Bachelor’s degree (Business, Logistics, Engineering or related)
-​Minimum 5 years experience in tender/ procurement field
-​Strong knowledge of Kuwait Public - Tender Law & MOH specs
-​Medical/healthcare background preferred
-​Proficient in MS Office (Dynamics AX & SharePoint is a plus)
-​Fluent in English & Arabic
