We are hiring Finance & Accounting Senior Manager.
​Role Summary
Lead the group finance function, ensuring financial control, reporting accuracy, cost optimization, and strategic financial planning across all entities. Act as a key business partner to senior management on growth, investments, and operational performance.
​Key Responsibilities
-​Oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance across all entities
-​Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
​Drive cost control initiatives, particularly in operations-heavy businesses (recycling, manufacturing, services)
-​Establish and improve financial systems, controls, and ERP integration (e.g., Focus ERP)
-​Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
-​Support strategic initiatives (expansion, JVs, new projects) with financial modeling and analysis
-​Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
​Lead and develop finance teams across multiple business units

​Requirements
-​12–18+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
​Strong experience in industrial, manufacturing, or services sectors
-​Proven track record in financial control, FP&A, and multi-entity consolidation
-​Experience in ERP systems and process optimization
-​Professional qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, MBA)
-​Strong leadership and business partnering skills
