A reputed company in Kuwait is currently looking for an experienced and creative **R&D Bakery Chef** to join the team immediately.

🔹 Requirements:
• Proven experience in bakery product development and innovation
• Expertise in breads, pastries, viennoiserie, desserts & modern bakery concepts
• Ability to create and standardize recipes with cost control measures
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and production processes
• Experience in commercial bakery or central kitchen operations preferred
• Must hold a valid transferable Kuwait residency
• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new bakery products and seasonal menu concepts
• Improve existing recipes and production efficiency
• Conduct product trials, testing, and quality evaluations
• Train kitchen staff on new recipes and SOPs
• Work closely with operations and management teams to maintain consistency and innovation
