Finance & Accounting Senior Manager.
Role Summary
Lead the group finance function, ensuring financial control, reporting accuracy, cost
optimization, and strategic financial planning across all entities. Act as a key business
partner to senior management on growth, investments, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance across all entities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Drive cost control initiatives, particularly in operations-heavy businesses (recycling,
manufacturing, services)
• Establish and improve financial systems, controls, and ERP integration (e.g., Focus
ERP)
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Support strategic initiatives (expansion, JVs, new projects) with financial modeling
and analysis
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
• Lead and develop finance teams across multiple business units
Requirements
• 12–18+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in industrial, manufacturing, or services sectors
• Proven track record in financial control, FP&A, and multi-entity consolidation
• Experience in ERP systems and process optimization
• Professional qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, MBA)
• Strong leadership and business partnering skills
