We Are Hiring – Operations Manager / Head of Operations

A leading hospitality and F&B group in Kuwait is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager / Head of Operations to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee and manage multi-branch F&B operations
✔ Lead restaurant operations managers and operational teams
✔ Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs
✔ Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and profitability
✔ Manage budgeting, cost control, and P&L performance
✔ Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and HACCP standards
✔ Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support business growth
✔ Handle vendor management and operational improvements
✔ Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence across all outlets
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in hospitality and F&B operations management- LEBANESE FINE DINING
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Experience managing multi-site operations
✔ Strong knowledge in budgeting, reporting, and operational controls
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ GCC experience is a plus
