REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the restaurant industry
Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
HR certification is a plus
