Business Development Manager
Al Seedawi Food Industries is looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Kuwait.
We are seeking a professional with strong FMCG experience and a proven track record in identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving business expansion across local and GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Expand market presence and drive revenue growth across different channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Develop business plans, sales strategies, and commercial proposals
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to support business decisions
• Achieve sales targets and business development KPIs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Business Development within FMCG
• Strong knowledge of local and GCC markets
• Proven experience in market expansion and client relationship management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
