🆕 Inventory Team Leader

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise daily inventory operations within the warehouse
• Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations
• Monitor inbound, outbound, and storage movements in the WMS / ERP system
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Train and motivate inventory staff to meet KPIs
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams
• Prepare inventory reports and performance analysis
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

📌 Requirements:
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of WMS / ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and team management abilities
• Experience in 3PL / logistics industry is an advantage
