School Counselor - ACA Kuwait

American Creativity Academy in Kuwait is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated School Counselor to join our team for the upcoming academic year. We are looking for a passionate professional who is committed to supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being in a positive school environment.

Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
2- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
3- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4- Ability to support students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic development
5- Experience working with students of different age groups

Responsibilities:
1- Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students
2- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school administration
3- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment
4- Address student concerns related to behavior, attendance, and well-being
